I had a minor accident, brought it to L&W based on a recommendation from a friend. The repair went absolutely perfect. something I can testify to is that they do not cut corners. When the body repair was complete they attempted to do a 4 wheel alignment. It was discovered the axle had been bent at the time of the accident. They called to let me know the car would be ready 2 days late due to having to replace the axle. The reason i bring not cutting corners, when i told my son who is a mechanic he was impressed. He told me that his experience is that some shops skip the alignment if the damage wasn’t that severe. Think if the alignment was skipped, my tire would have been compromised very soon and I would have to go through the hassle of restarting the claim and having to fight to prove the axle damage was connected to the original accident. I just can’t be more satisfied with the service. So thanks to everyone at L & W Autobody.
